1. Products & Orders
- All horse trailers, saddles, tack, and accessories are subject to availability.
- Prices are in USD and may change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.
2. Shipping & Delivery
- Free delivery on orders over $100 within California (professional barn delivery where available).
- Large items such as horse trailers require scheduled delivery and may incur additional fees outside our primary service area.
- Buyer is responsible for ensuring the delivery location is accessible for large trailers.
3. Payments & Security
All payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and other secure payment methods.
4. Returns & Refunds
- Custom or special-order trailers and saddles are generally non-returnable.
- Stock items may be returned within 14 days in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
- Restocking fees may apply.
5. Warranty
Manufacturer warranties apply to trailers and products. Please refer to the specific product page or contact us for warranty details. IronRing Equine does not offer additional warranties beyond the manufacturer’s.
6. Limitation of Liability
IronRing Equine is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.
